"Green setting perched in the North East of the department, in the town of Seillans in the Var, Anne Dor, the owner bought this old Iris plantation and already planted 4 hectares of vines in 1999.
  
Since then, the vineyard has expanded a little to reach almost 9 hectares of vines. Perfectly exposed on 2 hillsides of Adret and Ubac, with clay-limestone soil, the grapes often reach their optimal maturity for the production of red wine for aging, fragrant white wine, and delicate rosés.
  
Harvested entirely by hand, the grapes undergo numerous sortings.

Open and floral nose, notes of fresh apricots, mango, brioche.
  
A slight hint of bitterness typical of Rolle de Provence prolongs the aromatic persistence."
