- "Located in Nans-les-Pins, 30km north of the Bandol appellation and a stone's throw from the town of Saint Maximim, Domaine Triennes is classified as Vin de pays du Var and stands out for its activity as a merchant in the production of rosé wines.
- Faced with the impossibility of buying a property in Burgundy, the estate was created in 1990 by Aubert de Villaine, also a world star with Romanée-Conti in Burgundy, and Jacques Seysse, another famous Burgundian, who took refuge in the former Logis de Nans north of Bandol. The duo was joined by a wine enthusiast, Michel Macaux, and the estate was then named Domaine de Triennes, after Triennia, a Roman festival that took place every three years in honor of Bacchus.
- Far from the classic grape varieties of the Coteaux varois appellation, Domaine Triennes benefits from its atypical plantation of chardonnay, viognier, merlot, cabernet-sauvignon and syrah naturally adapted to the climate and geology of the place in order to be able to make us enjoy the three colors under different grape varieties.
- For the red "Les Auréliens" the vinification is very classic and the maturity expected at its peak. Regular pumping over for a good extraction of the material on the Cabernets. Punching down on the Syrahs for silkier tannins.
- Aging: 12 months of aging in barrels from Domaine Dujac.
- Aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant.
- Spicy wine with notes of morello cherries.
- Beautiful length in the mouth."
