"Domaine Denizot is located in Verdigny, right next to Sancerre. It covers almost 16 hectares of Sauvignon and 5 of Pinot Noir, straddling the villages of Amigny, Sancerre, Chavignol and Verdigny.
  
With Jennifer and Thibauld who arrived in 2005 for a gradual takeover and who have been in charge 100% since 2016, it is the 6th generation of Denizot who are now at the head of the estate, which has recently expanded by 2 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé from the Gauvin grandparents.
  
This white Sancerre, with its beautiful density and balance, is produced through sustainable viticulture and vinification, preserving the original identity of the grapes.
  
Harvesting by hand:
- Upon arrival in the cellar, respect for the grapes through gentle and respectful handling of the fruit.
- Handling of the juices in a thoughtful manner without rushing the musts (by gravity or pumping slow and gentle).
- Fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks, aging on fine lees.
- Approximately 1 year of aging.
  
This Sancerre Blanc offers a dense, well-balanced profile with a tense energy sprinkled with touches of juicy white fruits.
  
The blend brings limestone notes offering a mineral and frank framework, as well as delicate and gourmet fruity notes."
