This old JM VO rum is made using an ancestral method, it has aged for a minimum of 3 years in JM's air-conditioned cellars (the air conditioning ensuring constant temperature and humidity), and in previously burned white oak barrels.
  
This vintage carries with it all the know-how of the Cellar Master and, more generally, of the JM house which thus creates a very great rum."
