The first nose of this aged rum shows great smoothness, before revealing a beautiful power after aeration. Then dominate the notes of cooked fruits, blond tobacco and honey harmoniously balanced.
  
Palate: The attack initially mellow, almost syrupy, quickly gives way to more aromatic richness. This rum succeeds in presenting an aromatic palette of a very beautiful harmony while being very diverse: notes of candied fruits, nuts, caramel, spices (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, ginger), liquorice candy, sprinkled with a delicately smoky touch.
