- "Beaumes of Venice, the city, entered the Comtat Venaissin in 1348. Pope Clement VI made Muscat his aperitif... this sweet wine that he refreshed with spring water!
- It is a natural sweet wine, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise begins its life like any wine but its fermentation and the transformation of sugars into alcohol are stopped by the addition of around 10% of pu alcohol (c is the mutation). This allows you to retain some of the sweetness and especially the fruitiness contained in the berries.
- Today we enjoy it on a bed of ice with a slice of orange or a dash of tonic.
- It develops floral aromas of verbena and mint which end with notes of exotic fruits and peach."
