- "At the end of the alcoholic maceration of the grapes, they are pressed. Once the press wine has been recovered, the solid part of the grapes is distilled in one pass. The alcohol produced is called Marc de Bourgogne.
- Aged in oak barrels since distillation, for at least 15 years.
- The twenty years of aging in barrels gives this marc a rare intensity and aromatic complexity, evoking in turn vanilla, brioche, apricot and currants.
- The palate also displays great power but without losing a certain creaminess.
- This marc will ideally accompany a good cigar."
