  • "Maison Bruno Paillard is a young independent House (created in 1981 in Reims), born from the desire of its founder to create a wine very different from others, combining elegance with complexity.
  •  The vineyard covers approximately 25 hectares, 12 of which are Grands Crus. Today, this vineyard provides more than half of the House’s supplies.
  •  The Bruno Paillard style has strong commitments: sustainable and expressive viticulture, high quality standards, with only the first presses, and an aging period 2 to 4 times longer than the minimum required by the appellation. The House only produces extra brut in order to respect the original purity of the wines.
  •  The Première Cuvée Extra Brut, the best-known signature of Maison Bruno Paillard, is its very personal interpretation of what a great Champagne should be over time. It is a composition of more than 30 wines from the noblest terroirs of Champagne, like the palette of a painter, the list of which is one of the little secrets of the House.
  •  A long aging in the cellar takes place, from 2 to 4 years on the lees, followed by a rest of at least 5 months after disgorging. The dosage, Extra-Brut (i.e. containing less than 6 grams of sugar per liter), preserves the authentic purity of this Champagne.
  •  The first aromas reveal the citrus fruits of Chardonnay: almond, white peach, lime, grapefruit. Then the aromas of red fruits appear: redcurrant, raspberry, morello cherry, characteristics of Pinot Noir. By letting it open further in the glass, the slightly candied, even exotic fruit binder of Pinot Meunier is revealed (pineapple).
  •  As it evolves, aerates and heats, it reveals slightly plum and pear flavors. The palate is ample and chalky, quite long, leaving a very clean finish with some almost saline notes.
  •  Energetic, salivating wine."
