This Vedrenne Banana Liqueur is made with banana alcoholate to which they add banana juice. The banana alcoholate is made in a Charente still from dried bananas previously harvested by hand in tropical countries. It is heated with steam at a low temperature to preserve all the taste qualities of the fruit.
