"More than a century ago, the Bertrand family took over a restaurant and settled in the center of the village opposite the church and near the town hall. Inspired by the surrounding agricultural and brewing activities, the family began the distillation of local fruits.
  
 Nearly 150 years later, Uberach continues to witness tradition and a theater of innovation, thanks to heirs of spirit pursuing the same quest as their founders.
  
 At the dawn of its 150th anniversary, the distillery highlights some of the most beautiful revelations from its cellar. This new Héritage Eaux-de-vie range is a perfect blend of traditional eaux-de-vie and exceptional reserves. The recipes have been carefully selected to offer the very essence of what has made the distillery famous. From the most emblematic varieties to more atypical local fruits, this new range revalorizes old exceptional references. Distilled according to the traditional Bertrand method, they perpetuate the know-how and offer new delicate and powerful aromas.
  
 Production : A slow and meticulous operation in Holstein column stills combined with the experience of the distiller to preserve all the quintessence of the fruits then aging in barrels for old plum, kirsch and mirabelle plum or in vats to restore the aroma , the purity and roundness of the fruit from the heart of heating.
  
 Inspired by the generosity of the Bertrand Distillery's tree of life, these eaux-de-vie have benefited from a long resting time and perpetuate the legacy of patience and know-how."
