"This cane sugar jam won the Cordon Bleu de la Création at the 40th International Confectionery Show in Paris. Unique fruit blend of wild mountain blueberries, honey and "aphrodisiac" spices named "Plaisir du Vert Galant " in homage to King Henri IV, born in Pau, so nicknamed because of his numerous romantic conquests.
Legend has it that he was an inveterate consumer of a fruit preparation with wild blueberries from the Pyrenees and "love" spices bringing vigor and exaltation!

This jam will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator after opening.
