  • "A creamy recipe, with a deliciously tangy taste so specific to rosehip berries (eglantine), these wild rose seeds, also called "Gratte Cul", a funny name referring to the itching hair found on the fruit of the rosehip or the rosehip. If the rosehip is often found at the bend of a wooded path in hedgerows, it is impossible to eat it directly on the shrub. Maison Francis Miot then carefully prepares these berries before making this sweet recipe of red fruits with sweet and tangy notes.
  • Little extra: As rosehip is very rich in vitamin C, it is said to be the equivalent of what royal jelly is with honey.
