- "The Deutz Champagne House was founded in 1838 in Aÿ (former French commune located in the Marne department in the Grand Est region) by two Prussians, including William Deutz. One worked as a wine merchant and the other sold champagne. The two founders took care of bottling, disgorging, dosing and labeling, even before they owned their own champagne and vines. Throughout the 20th century, the heirs of the founders gradually drew the contours of the vineyard by purchasing plots in the best terroirs of Champagne. Today, Maison Deutz is the property of the famous Roederer family.
- The flagship champagnes from the Deutz house, these Blanc de Blancs champagnes can be compared to the greatest. The very small production of each vintage makes these champagnes even rarer. These are splendid expressions of Chardonnay.
- Love from Deutz 2010:
- A complex nose of notes of yellow fruits and flowers.
- The palate is rich, full and creamy.
- Love from Deutz 2011:
- Vintage more in finesse than in power. On the nose, we find brioche aromas, then baked fruits such as apple and pear and the sweet presence of white flowers.
- The palate is faithful to the aromatics of the nose, ample and silky with a beautiful sapid finish.
- Love from Deutz 2013:
- Unveils a discreet nose of aromas of exotic fruits and lemon.
- The palate, at once energetic, complex and elegant, offers us a grandiose length."
