"The Clos Saint-Vincent Estate is located on the heights of Nice, the vines are planted in terraces on the Saquier hill. The Sicardi and Sergi families acquired the Clos Saint Vincent property in 1993. This small 10-hectare estate is worked organically and biodynamically. The two red vintages, the Clos and Vino Di Gio, are mainly made from Folle Noire with a small percentage of Mourvèdre for Le Clos.
  
Complex, the white Vino Di Gio was made using skin maceration, light pressing, settling and fermentation in barrels.
  
The wine is then bottled after aging without filtration.
  
This wine opens with aromas of white fruits, exotic fruits, citrus fruits and some notes of brioche and toast, signs of its aging in wood.
  
Its long and chiseled finish enhances this ample, unctuous and mineral mouth."
