- "Roger Zannier, owner of Quinta do Pessegueiro in the Douro for more than 25 years, acquired Château Saint-Maur in 2011 with the ambition of making it a benchmark for Côtes de Provence wines.
- Saint-Maur is a noble castle steeped in history... it was built at the end of the 19th century, and inherited its name from an ancient monastery established on the estate. There remains a chapel erected on the grounds of the estate.
- Located a few kilometers from Saint-Tropez, Château Saint-Maur has benefited from the Cru Classé designation since 1955.
- Operational since the 2013 vintage, the Château Saint-Maur winery is now among the most efficient in the Côtes de Provence appellation. In addition to its beauty which fits into the softness of the landscape, it constitutes a small technological marvel with a winemaking capacity of 5000 hectoliters. It is governed by the principles of gravity to preserve the integrity of the precious grapes as much as possible.
- The Saint-M Cru Classé range translates into wines for pleasure, for sharing, to drink as an aperitif or around shared cuisine.
- Vinification at low temperature with cold maceration.
- Aging in stainless steel vats.
- The wine offers a subtle and aromatic nose with apricot notes.
- On the palate, nice fullness and a saline touch.
- A pleasure wine with an elegant finish."
