"Ruinart is the First Champagne House founded in 1729 in Épernay by Nicolas Ruinart, the nephew of the Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart.
  
Located in the heart of Reims, Maison Ruinart watches over a treasure. Unique, historical monuments and architectural feats, the Ruinart chalk pits have been classified as a historic site since 1931 and included on the UNESCO world heritage list since July 2015. Alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
  
The first nose releases intense aromas of fresh fruit: ripe citron, juicy pear or even freshly picked peach. More floral, the second nose reveals notes of white flowers, accompanied by a spicy touch mixing ginger and pink berry.
  
Between tension and roundness, the texture is enveloping, highlighted by an aromatic freshness of ripe citrus and exotic fruits.
  
The final note is long and delicate."
