- "Château Joinin, a family property for several generations, was taken over in 1989 by Madame and Monsieur Mestreguilhem who decided to vinify the fruit of their harvest themselves. They, also owners of Château Pipeau, a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes, reinforced by the experience and know-how acquired there over many years, take meticulous care in the cultivation of the vines and in vinification in order to develop on the Château estate Joinin a very high quality red Bordeaux. In 2000, the emphasis was placed on the construction, at the heart of the property, of new cellars equipped with modern technology in the service of quality and the environment. The Château vineyard Joinin is now spread over 25 hectares of red vines with a high proportion of Merlot, which gives a pleasant wine with suppleness and very pleasant fruitiness, which can be appreciated from an early age.
- Vinification : Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, maceration for 25 days.
- Breeding : Traditional.
- Nose : Bouquet of red fruits.
- Mouth : Beautiful texture supported by the structure of Cabernet Franc."
