Bourgogne Gamay became a new regional appellation from the 2011 vintage. The grapes used must come exclusively from Crus du Beaujolais (Brouilly, Chénas, Chiroubles, Côte-de-Brouilly, Fleurie, Juliénas, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent , Régnié, Saint-Amour). Gamay from plots of Beaujolais and Beaujolais-Villages cannot be used within the framework of this appellation.
  
 Traditional fermentation in open vats, 100% malolactic.
  
 Aged for 10 months in stainless steel vats.
  
 Its nose offers scents of raspberry, blackberry and undergrowth.
  
 Its round mouth reveals melted tannins and superb persistence."
