Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, the Larue estate is located in the heart of Saint-Aubin, an appellation renowned for the typicity of its white and red wines. The commitment to quality and respect for the terroir has been passed down from generation to generation, allowing Domaine Larue to stand out through the singularity of its wines.
  
Denis and Didier Larue work alongside their sons, Bruno and Vivien. The younger generation continues to learn from experienced people, while bringing a renewed vision of practices in the vineyard and cellar.
  
 After precise maturity monitoring, the grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the vat room in small bins. The harvest is lightly crushed.
  
 Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature, in stainless steel vats where aging continues on fine lees.
  
 Aligoté Burgundy has a crystalline color and a nose of white flowers.
  
 In the mouth, slightly sparkling, it is fresh and charming."
