This red wine comes from vineyards surrounding the picturesque town of Beaune that remain relatively unknown compared to those in smaller neighboring communes. For this reason, this Beaune red is excellent value for money and is a very good introduction to the red wines of the Côte de Beaune.
  
Fermentation: Traditional in open vats, 100% malolactic.
  
Ageing: 10 to 12 months in oak barrels.
  
Its nose reveals notes of wild strawberry and clove.
